As a result of the decision of the Assembly of the representatives No. 314/04 on the 16th of December 2004 the Statutory city of Ústí nad Labem established an allowance organisation „Ústí nad Labem City services“ which was put into effect on the 1st of January 2005.

The main purpose of the organization is the management of facilities and services such as car-parks, garages, road traffic signs, funeral services, cemeteries and crematoriums as well as the running of gyms and sports facilities, public baths, toilets and internal road freight traffic.

Since 2005 The City services, allowance organization, has been providing the following services in Ústí nad Labem: Klíše swimming baths, City thermal baths, Brná thermal open air pools, City football and athletic stadium and Winter stadium.
During 2006 we re-opened the garden maze and indoor mirror maze at Větruše manor house along with a sports ground. We then went on to open the Neštěmice football stadium Český Lev. Furthermore we began the provision of car parking services and the care and management of 7 of our city cemeteries and the running of funeral services.

Our aim is to provide good quality services to all our customers. Since 2008 to the present we have been one of the few allowance organizations awarded with a Certificate of Standards in compliance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009.

Znovuotevření rekreačního bazénu v Brné

Opening of the summer swimming season at Klíše

Dear Customers, we would like to inform you that on 15/5/2012 the summer swimming season at Klíše will be launched. Opening hours: May- June: 9.00 - 19.00 July-August: 9.00 - 20.00 From 1/7/2012 to 31/8/2012 the reception and sauna will be closed. Entry to the gym during these months will be by the summer box office. We look forward to seeing you and wish you all a nice summer.
Closure of Urban Spas

Dear Visitors, From 01.05.2012 (Tuesday), access to the pool and sauna facilities by the public has been suspended. The pool will be open only to organizations. During the months of May and June, members of the public can take advantage of the pool and sauna amenities in the swimming hall at Klíše. Thank you for your understanding and we hope that you will favour us again with your visits in the new season from September 15th , 2012.
A new List of non-paid burial spaces

Dear customers, We have compiled a new List of non-paid burial spaces in the cemeteries which are under management of City services, allowance organization. Each cemetery will have its own list available to customers. If you find a burial space that you rent, contact the Cemetery administration office either in person at: U Krematoria 398/2, 400 03 Ústí nad Labem – map: budova starého krematoria (the old crematory building) or by telephone: 475 531 566. RegChange at the Klíše sauna and swimming areas

Dear Customers, with regard to the upcoming summer season this is to inform you about a regime change at the Klíše sauna and swimming areas. From 15th 2012 to June 30 2012, the ladies sauna will be closed and the service will be offered in the men's sauna at times which will alternate with the times offered to men . Hours: Klíše sauna swimming area in May and June 2012: MEN Monday from 10.00 to 20.00 WOMEN Tuesday from 10.00 to 20.00
Massage Service again at the Urban Spa.

Dear Customers, Massage Services are, since 2012, again available at the Urban Spa. Professionally trained masseur can offer the following massages: • basic • sports • regenerative • treatment These massages will help to eliminate fatigue and pain in muscles, promote total regeneration and improve physical and psychological well-being. The service also offers expert advice in this area.
Extension of the nationwide parking card.

Dear Customers, We would like to announce that as of December 19, 2011, we have expanded the scope of the nationwide parking card (sticker type "P"), to Park & Ride parking. If you own this card, you can use the park daily from 7:00 to 18:00. For other drivers, the prices in force are the prices listed at the parking facility.
Price changes for 2012

Dear Customers, In relation to the VAT increase, we have been forced to increase prices for our services. A detailed price list and updated prices have been available on our website since 01/03/2012. Partial price lists have, since January 1, 2012, been posted at each Municipal Services premises. Thank you for your understanding and we believe that despite these changes we will retain your support.
Sale of parking display signs for 2012

Dear Customers, We would like to announce that the nationwide sale of parking display signs for 2012, starts on December 5, 2011. Parking display signs will be sold annually from the Municipal Services sales office at the Urban Spa , Panská 1700 /23.
Notification of a change in the fare collection system to enter the swimming hall at Klise

Dear Visitors, Please note that from 10/10/2011 there has been a change in the fare collection system to enter the swimming hall at Klise. The new system of handling the turnstiles meets current standards and was introduced here for higher quality and faster clearance. For the public, entry to the complex is facilitated by the reading of a chip in patrons’ wristbands at the turnstile. Members of swimming and sports clubs and schools will be equiped with smart cards that will work on the same principle. “PLAVÁČEK” (swimming course) - MUNICIPAL SPA
